The company made an announcement that it was selling all the net assets and businesses of its subsidiary Tralliance Corporation. The company was to issue about 269 million shares of the stock to The Registry Management Company LLC. This was as a part of the purchase for The Registry Management. In addition to this, The Registry Management Company will be paying equal to 10% of their net revenue.
